The Terra family of SHAD products is joined by the new TR41 top case, a structurally reinforced hard case designed for everyday adventure.
Constructed from high-quality reinforced polypropylene for maximum strength but weighing just 3.8kg (or 4.1kg for the aluminium version), the TR41 is best in class for size and durability.
Capable of carrying one full face helmet or two open face helmets the load capacity is 5kg and this is complemented by the 4 heavy duty hooks on the lid to allow the securing and carrying of additional items (without exceeding the 5kg load capacity)
IPX5 full water resistance is achieved using a durable rubber gasket for improved closure and water-tightness. The stainless steel integrated locking system allows the opening, closing and removal to transport the case in a matter of seconds.
Two versions available: with aluminum lid (D0TR41200) and without aluminum lid (D0TR41100).

Slight delay in shipping but not an issue and communication on delay was good.
When received the box was ok not amazing. The quality felt a little lower than the price as some injection moulding was left on the bottom, so it didn’t properly seat in the mount. I used some snips to remove the excess. Also I had to mount the back rest myself, which is ok but if you don’t have a drill could be annoying and for the price you would expect it to be installed.
I also ordered the mount for my Cbf, fits ok but the mount has metal rails underneath and were a bit off and stopped it sitting nice so I had to grind some off and paint it, to stop it sitting on the handles before it was secured down properly.
So not bad and does what it was intended to do but not the best fitment and required a bit of adjustment and fiddling.
This is a great sized box and suits the look of my bike. A Honda Nc750X. Very easy to install and is very secure. Fits my large helmet , gloves and other bits easily.
I have fitted the TR41 to my Honda ADV350 and it is very good indeed.
Just the right size to take a Shoei Neotec 2 modular or LS2 Advent X modular.
It actually doesn't look as big 'in the flesh'

Installed mine last weekend and very good sturdy option for the Honda NX500. I'll be using this for plenty camping and touring trips on my YouTube channel Monkeywood Garage in the near future.
