Kawasaki Z900 (25-26) SHAD Top Box Fitting Kit

I cannot fault the fitting kit and top box. I purchased for a trip around Europe and it worked perfectly.

However, I purchased my new to me 2025 Kawasaki Z900 in December 2025 and ordered the kit in March 2026. The delivery date was 2 - 3 weeks. After countless emails and phone calls and several months later the order was still not with me. I was told 3 times by SHAD that the order had been missed on their delivery and it will defiantly be on the next one. It finally arrived 3 days before departure. The fitting kit would have been easy to fit if I didn't already have a tail tidy on my bike. This made it a little awkward to get the fitting plate on. In the end I went to Kawasaki and they fit it for me. But due to the tail tidy I had to have some spacers fit to the kit which meant that the tail tidy didnt fit flush to the body work. At the time I didnt think anything of it but after the first time it rained whilst away I realised that this was an issue, as it allowed water into the rear of the bike damping the wiring loom and battery area.

So on conclusion the delivery was heavily delayed and it isnt compatible if you have a tail tidy on. Other than that, great!
