I ordered the Shad 3ltr tank bag, (Great bit of kit). I then ordered the combination lock soon after. On arriving I followed the instructions to the letter regards fitting. Unfortunately I couldn't attach it to the bag using supplied backing plate it comes with this sits inside the bag, this has 2 holes in it so the screws can be screwed into the rear of the combo lock that sits on the outside . Long story short the screws are not long enough to go through the plastic backing plate and the bag to actually reach the threads rear of combo lock. Would advice to just buy the 3ltr tank bag with Combo lock factory fitted. I did in the end discard the plastic plate and use two small metal washers to prevent screws from going through the bag when being tightened. Wasn't ideal but sort of worked.
Perfect with longer screws
The screws only protrude about 1-2mm out of the side of the case when inserted as the instructions say. This then stripped out the start of the hole they are supposed to self tap and then the more you try, the more the hole strips out.
